About the event
Each interactive session, builds confidence, improves mental health, and boosts self-esteem! With each session, young ladies develop skills through fun and engaging activities designed to help them create community, foster healthy boundaries and relationships, identify their true worth, and become contributing members to society. This, and MORE with the freedom that follows as they learn to simply BE! Sessions are developed and led by certified youth development and mental health and professionals, and no two are the same. Topics vary monthly, activity is grouped by age, and all supplies are included.
Session Dates: This session runs every Saturday for 3-weeks, Feb 4th to 18th.
